During the opening ceremony, the First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Sardor Bakhtiyorovich Rajabov, highlighted that international conferences organized at ZARMED University play a significant role in strengthening the country’s higher education system, scientific potential, and international reputation. Following this, Rustam Rajabboyevich Qobilov — Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region for tourism, sports, culture, cultural heritage, and mass communications — delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of supporting scientific and educational initiatives, international cooperation, and modern education in the region. Dilshod Dalerovich Shukrullayev, Founder of ZARMED University and Director of ZARMED Group, noted that the development of science, education, and international cooperation is more important than ever. He also introduced the company’s future plans to the participants.
